[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide temporary pharmacy staffing services for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to the government authority located in Tallahassee, FL.
- Assist the Pharmacist in the preparation of applicable prescriptions, to include the creation of prescription labels and the entry of prescription information or physician’s orders into the Department’s computer system,
- Prepackage and label both single and multiple-dose packages pursuant to the Department’s appropriate procedures,
- Perform all pharmacy-related duties in strict compliance,
- Prepare and dispense medications after receiving a written order from a practitioner authorized by state law to prescribe medications,
- Complete the final check and initial the prescription filled by the Pharmacy Technician.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 25,2020.

Onshore (US Organizations Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
