(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive facilities master plan, staffing analysis and space needs assessment service of current and projected growth to meet future service delivery expectations and space needs to the government authority located in Parker, CO.
- The study will incorporate the latest research and analysis regarding future projected work space trends, shared work space, review of and recommended enhancement to the existing Internet of Things (IoT) network and any other work space trends projected to enhance employee engagement
and efficiency.
- Staffing analysis and organizational structure.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 28, 2020.
