[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide third party temporary agencies services for temporary positions existing within those agencies, capable of providing qualified applicants to the department on an as-needed basis to fill certain temporary positions existing across the agency’s various divisions to the government authority located in Raleigh, NC.
- Recruit, screen, interview, and assign Placements to perform the duties and tasks associated with the temporary position in question
- Pay Placements wages and provide them with any benefits to which they are entitled through Vendor;
- Pay, withhold, and transmit payroll taxes;
- Provide unemployment insurance and workers’ compensation benefits for Placements, and
- Handle all unemployment and workers’ compensation claims involving Placements.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 22, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
