[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide temporary laborer services for the position of office/clerical and Laborer/Trades including support office or business operations, such as: maintaining records; receiving, preparing or processing documents/forms; verifying data; searching for and compiling information and data; responding to routine requests with standard answers, adequacy and content of transactions handled and tasks performed, sequence, such as filing documents alphabetically, numerically, or chronologically, coding and filing large volumes of documents in extensive filing systems; simple posting of financial or other data, maintaining time and material records, taking inventory of equipment and/or supplies, answering questions on departmental services and functions, operating a variety of office machines, posting to various books and tables, balancing a restricted group of accounts to controlling account data, and assisting in preparation of standard administrative document, maintenance or repair tasks requiring limited training, practical skill and knowledge of the assigned work unit, skilled trades, possess prior line operations experience, and possess a functional knowledge of departmental policies and procedures and/or City code and regulations pertinent to the assigned departmental work unit and maintaining a wide variety of financial or other records; verifying elementary statistical data and reports for accuracy and completeness; handling and adjusting complaints to the government authority located in Edmond, OK.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 29, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
