[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide employment services for low-income persons and legal permanent residents programs and also include acculturation modules to help immigrants address language and cultural barriers in order to successfully secure employment to the government authority located in Honolulu, HI.
- Assist state low-income, immigrant and refugee populations with overcoming and alleviating workforce barriers to economic self-sufficiency through an array of community-based programs and services.
(2) The term of the contract shall be one year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
