[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide specialized staff augmentation services to provide personnel to perform Construction Management Services related to various projects on a temporary basis, the services provided would be for various buildings, civil, and stations/guideway construction projects on property owned or controlled to the government authority located in Portland, OR.
- Construction management support positions: Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, Construction Manager, Administrative Specialist, Administrative Assistant, Quality Assurance Specialist, Quality Control Specialist, and Inspector.
(2) Contract period will be for three years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
