(1) Vendor needs to provide staffing Services for position of developer and co-developer
- Mixed Finance Planning and Development Support
- Work with HAPGC staff to identify and secure potential development/ redevelopment funding from federal, state, local and private resources to support implementation of development/redevelopment initiatives
- Mixed Income Housing Development Strategies
- Service as Developer or Co-Developer
- Planning and design strategies
- Financing Strategies
- Application Preparation, Architectural, Engineering design and review assistance in the preparation and facilitation of public hearing and ongoing interaction with community partners as needed to the government authority located in Largo, MD.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than April 25, 2019.
