Government Authority located in Washington, DC; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for operations and maintenance support services.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide operations and maintenance support services to provide a staffing solution to support the operations, maintenance, and continued implementation of state access system the to the government authority located in Washington, DC.
- The contractor shall manage all time and attendance of staff under their contract.
- The contractor’s staff will be required to follow a standard tour of duty but also permitted to take advantage of one telecommute day per week, following the district’s telecommute policy.
- The contractor shall provide monthly reports to the district illustrating that all staff are being paid within 4 weeks of current date.
- The contractor shall handle all HR functions of the contract, and shall perform all necessary on or off boarding recruiting activities where possible.
- The purpose of the work plan is to identify delivery dates, to detail work activities, and to facilitate the district's monitoring of the contractor’s progress based on milestones and key dates.
- The work plan should be dependency driven so that changes to up front activities have an appropriate impact on downstream activities.
- The contractor shall ensure that all system documentation is maintained online with access provided by authorized personnel from the district.
- The contractor shall maintain documentation in real time and update the documentation after any changes go into production.
- The contractor shall provide documentation that is organized in a format that facilitates updates and allows any revisions to be clearly identified.
- The contractor shall provide version control for all documentation to maintain historical document archives.
- The contractor shall plan for multiple reviews of each solution element and deliverable, as appropriate, to support the life-cycle activities for each increment of work in accordance with the CMS process.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on September 14, 2020.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2020.
(4) The term of contract will be one year.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
