[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide workforce development job training services to seeking full-time at least 30 hours per week, permanent employment who have experienced a loss of income due to the COVID-19 pandemic to the government authority located in Rialto, CA.
- Educational placements must have evidence of value or recognition in the particular economic sector leading to better opportunities for advancement
- For certain populations, part-time jobs at least 20 hours per week may be a strategic first step
- Services should include outreach and recruitment, in-depth assessment, classroom and as appropriate work-site instruction, case management, educational and career counselling, job placement, and post-placement services
- We also seek innovative models or approach which respond to both job seeker and employer
needs and result in successful job placements with advancement opportunities in today’s changing economy
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
