[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide business analyst temporary service to the government authority located in Chicago, IL.
- Support the ITS department’s activities to effectively perform detailed requirements analysis,
documenting processes, and some user acceptance testing in support of the Chicago Housing
Authority’s applications
- Analyze, define and document requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, interfaces
with other systems, internal and external checks and controls, and reporting
- Document the business and technical requirements in a consistent manner.
- Identify risks and provide recommendations to mitigate and/or eliminate risk
- ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
- Self-motivated and focused, with a positive outlook and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to effectively work and interact professionally within a diverse and inclusive environment;
- Ability to make decisions according to rules, regulations and procedures
- Effective interpersonal skills; ability to maintain good working relationships
- Ability to understand and carry out complex instructions, prepare and maintain complex records and files.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
