Government authority located in San Francisco, California; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for temporary staffing services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide temporary staffing services for architectural drafting work as required by the city for the job classification to the government authority located in San Francisco, CA.
1. Provide a pool of qualified candidates who meet the qualifications. The Agency shall assist the City with scheduling and arrangements if the City chooses to interview the referred candidates.
2. Recruitment related tasks, including but not limited to, writing job descriptions, advertising, screening resumes, interviewing potential candidates, and testing basic proficiency for the position.
3. Background check and health screening tasks, including but not limited to, employment eligibility verification, Department of Justice (DOJ) level fingerprinting, criminal history/sex offender check, child protective services check, driving records check, education/certification check; employment history check, reference verification; drug testing, physical exams, hearing test, communicable disease assessment such as tuberculosis, up-to-date vaccination per Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommendations, etc.
4. Provide the temporary workers with health and safety training, and injury and illness prevention training.
5. Provide the temporary workers with Level D Personal Protective Equipment, including but not limited to, safety vest, safety jacket, hard hat, steel toe shoes, safety glasses, and gloves.
6. Provide administration and maintenance of all employment and payroll records, payroll time sheets and checks, payroll processing, remittance of payroll and all federal, state, and local taxes, and providing medical, dental, vision, unemployment, and other applicable insurances for all temporary workers provided within this contract.
7. Take disciplinary action; removing unsatisfactory workers and replacing with satisfactory workers within two (2) business days.
8. Provide regular and periodic usage reports measuring total number of workers, total hours and cost for the entire Contract, total number of workers, total hours and cost for each project or Contract Service Order, total hours absent, turnovers, overtime hours; or any customized reports for each or all workers assigned to the City through the Contract

(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on February 13, 2020.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than February 20, 2020.
