Government Authority located in Fort Worth, Texas, USA based organization looking for expert vendor for temporary field staffing services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide temporary field staffing services to the government authority located in Fort Worth, TX.
- Provide temporary worker within eight hours of the request
- Provide qualified workers who possess necessary skills, knowledge and ability to perform the jobs as detailed in the job descriptions
- There shall be no obligations on the part of the city to hire any temporary worker it is supplied under the terms of the agreement on a full-time basis following their term of the temporary employment
- However, the city reserves the right to hire the temporary worker after their assignment at no additional fee
- Should the city wish to hire an individual who has been filling the temporary position, neither the individual nor the city will be required to pay a placement fee
- Assigned candidates must have a dependable vehicle or another reliable source of transportation to and from work site
- Assigned candidates shall be flexible to working some Saturdays
- Candidates will be paid only for hours actually worked and tardiness or absenteeism will not be tolerated
- Overtime will be billed at 1.50 times the normal billing rate and will require written approval by the city
- Contractor shall ensure that no temporary employee shall arrive on city premises with any type of firearms or weapons, drugs or alcohol
(2) All question must be submitted no later than February 5, 2020.
(3) Contract period will be for one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
