[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide staffing and scheduling analysis application services for final report detailing the necessary staffing requirements for the airports authority police department to establish a baseline operational model to the government authority located in Arlington, VA.
- The contractor staffing and scheduling analysis must follow a workload-based approach by reviewing a suitable amount of available data to quantify how the department staff are tasked to utilize their worktime
- Review of Staffing and Scheduling Data, Analysis:
- Legal proceedings
- Investigations
- Public service campaigns or special enforcement initiatives
- IT programs; database access programs and mobile dispatch platform
- Records management
- Certification or Accreditation
- Review of Current Business Practices, Documentation:
- The contractor must identify and request any supplemental documentation needed to complete
its analysis during their initial review
- Review the effectiveness of the organizational structure, strategic planning, crime management
processes, organizational performance measures, budget practices, and information systems
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on November 21, 2019.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than November 22, 2019.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
