[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide workforce staffing plan and consulting services to analysing, forecasting, and planning workforce and staffing supply and demand, assessing gaps, and determining target talent management interventions to ensure the organization has the right labour force with the right skills in the right places at the right time in order to fulfil mandated and strategic objectives to the government authority located in Rockville, MD.
- Assessment of workforce by division and department and unit.
- Assessment of skills and workforce competencies.
- Analysis of student enrolment and ratio of faculty and staff to student.
- Develop a workforce and staffing plan showing where staff is needed and when.
- Develop workforce and staffing metrics
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 28, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
