[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
- Vendor needs to provide various medical staffing services to the government authority located in Devens, MA.
• Dental Assistant:
- Contractor must be available to provide 1560 sessions per year. A session is defined as one hour. Partial sessions are not authorized. The contractor will normally provide 1 individual, six-hour sessions per day, 5 days per week, excluding federal holidays. A typical schedule of day and hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 4:00 pm. This is to include an unpaid 2-hour lunch.
• Certified Nursing Assistant:
- A contractor must be available to provide 1640 sessions per year. A session is defined as one hour. Partial sessions are not authorized. The contractor will normally provide 8 individuals, eight-hour sessions per day, 5 days per week, excluding federal holidays. This is to include an unpaid 30-minute lunch.
• X-Ray Technician:
- Contractor must be available to provide 1040 sessions per year. a session is defined as one hour. partial sessions are not authorized. the contractor will normally provide 1 individual, six hour sessions per day, excluding federal holidays. a typical schedule of day and hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 4:00 pm. this is to include an unpaid 2-hour lunch.
• Ultrasound Technician:
- Contractor must be available to provide 192 sessions per year. a session is defined as one hour. The work schedule will normally consist of sixteen sessions per month, excluding federal holidays. A typical schedule of day and hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 4:00 pm. This is to include an unpaid 2-hour lunch.
• Dental Assistant:
- Must be a graduate of a school of allied health and technical program and must hold a current certification and registration as a dental assistant.
• Certified Nursing Assistant:
- Valid and current certification as a nursing assistant in the United States
- Minimum of 1-year recent experience as a certified nursing assistant. Experience in corrections preferred, but not required.
- Proof of CPR certification.
• X-Ray Technician:
- Completion and graduation from a formal radiology technology program in an AMA-Approved school. Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Society is eligible.
• Ultrasound Technician:
- Completion and graduation from a formal ultrasound technology program in an AMA-approved
school. Certification by the American registry of diagnostic medical sonography is eligible.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
