[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide geographic information system staffing services for GIS support
services are anticipated in several areas:
- GIS-related desktop tool and application development,
- GIS-enabled Web site development and maintenance,
- GIS database development and administration and
- GIS infrastructure maintenance and planning,
- Acquiring, maintaining, and administering geographic (and related) databases,
- Providing geographic data, information products, and support services for many of business functions, as well as for external customers, including other agencies, private firms and consultants,
- Automating GIS-related business processes,
- Implementing GIS software and database applications and
- Implementing GIS-enabled Web sites,
- Apply best practices to administer, develop, and maintain a high-functioning GIS-related internet/intranet infrastructure to the government authority located in Orange, CA.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 22, 2019.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
