Government Authority located in Ogden, Utah; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for nursing services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide nursing services of qualified licensed registered nurses and licensed practical nurses (LPNs) to work with students with intensive health care needs to the government authority located in Ogden, UT.
- Nursing Duties the nurse must follow the health care plan for the student, some of the student plans include administering emergency seizure medication, airway management, tracheostomy care, or monitor vital signs and intervene appropriately, other duties are those listed on health care plans and our district nurses cannot delegate, the nurse must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, administer medications as per physician orders, nursing notes are required to be taken and submitted upon request.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 25, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
