Government authority located in Deland, Florida, USA; based organization looking for expert vendor for employee leasing and temporary service.
[A] Budget: looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide employee leasing and temporary service for workers’ compensation coverage and claim resolution, errors or omissions/employment practices liability insurance, crime/fidelity bond, payroll processing, insurance procurement, human resources management reports, direct deposit, if employee desires, this applies to both temporary and leased
employees to the government authority located in Deland, FL.
- maintain time records for division/activity personnel.
- maintain sensitive or complex division/activity records such as personnel files, project files, program files, etc.
- process division/activity accounts payables. - process field purchase orders, requisitions, travel forms, etc.
- maintain division/activity petty cash.
- Receives and passes on to proper person or division any complaints from citizens regarding county service or related Information
- Attends work on a regular and consistent basis.
- Able to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
- Creates and conveys a positive image of West Volusia area tourism resources through communications with local, state, regional, national and international media representatives.
- Develop, execute, and evaluate comprehensive advertising/marketing strategies to
increase leisure travel
- Oversee design and presentation of advertising plans.
- Conduct media buys on behalf of the authority.
- Coordinate projects through meetings, correspondence, and presentations where information is exchanged.
- Coordinate budget with county management and budget division
- Able to exercise judgment and discretion in establishing, applying, and interpreting policies and procedures.
- Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates, subordinates, public officials, other governmental agencies and the general public.
- Skilled in the supervision of subordinate staff and assigning work.
- Able to express ideas clearly and concisely, orally and in writing, to groups and to individuals.
- Skilled in preparing and analyzing budgetary tools and reports.
- Able to work and travel throughout the country and overseas, including evenings and weekends
- Coordinate and attend consumer travel show, make travel arrangements, process
and post travel paperwork following policies and procedures.
(2) A pre-bid conference will be held on September 27, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than October 8, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
