[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide augmented staffing services for the position of for construction administration, project management and controls implementation to the government authority located in Round Rock, TX.
- Project Administration include facilitate project meetings,, lead communication between all team members and owner, document meetings that include owner involvement, maintain comprehensive project directory, lead coordination of meetings between all team members and owner, lead coordination of and attend all user meetings to monitor project goals, lead design review and approvals at each phase, lead budget review and approval at each phase, lead budget resolution strategy, lead schedule review and approval at each phase, lead schedule resolution strategy, lead and document regularly scheduled owner/A/E/owner progress meetings, document and submit monthly program status report, including budget, schedule cash flow and major issue, resolution needs, lead construction schedule and budget review, prepare and present status reports to the district and board of trustees, as requested.
(2) An Information Session will be held October 2, 2019.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than October 7, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
