[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide medical physician and general practitioner service to stabilize faculty and staff during emergency situations to the government authority located in Houston, TX.
- vendor will perform the duties of a licensed physician, including but not limited to:
• Examinations
• Consultations
• Diagnostic evaluations
• Coordination of medical services
• Clinic reports
• In-service education
• Supervision of nurse practitioner
• Advisor to the department on public heath matter and health related service and procedures
• Prescribes medication
• Performs follow up visits when needed
• Provides and maintains current medical malpractice insurance
• Conducts chart reviews for nurse practitioner
• Other medical duties as needed
(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 17, 2019.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite.
