[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide nursing services to serve male and female youth, ages 7-21 years old. These providers need access to 24-hour and seven days per week nursing services delivered by telehealth or telephone to the government authority located in Utah.
- Ensure that all staff providing services are at least 21 years old,
- provide telehealth and telephone nursing services to residential treatment providers,
- Maintain one phone number with capacity to serve multiple calls at one time,
- Ensure staff has access to a list of current residential treatment providers which will be provided by the office of quality and design.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
