[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide language, learning, and cognitive rehabilitation services which including speech and language, learning, and communication-related rehabilitation services appropriate to the
needs identified by the DSH and the physician to the government authority located in Coalinga, CA.
- Such services shall include prevention, identification, diagnosis, consultation, and treatment of patients regarding speech, language, oral and pharyngeal sensory-motor function, and cognitive rehabilitation.
- The services will specifically address the needs of the communication-handicapped: deaf and hard-of-hearing patients.
- Speech Pathologist shall have basic knowledge of American Sign Language (ASL); language development in the mentally ill individual; post-traumatic head injury; dysphagia; language-based learning disorders; visual-motor perceptual disorders; reading/auditory comprehension disorders; auditory conceptualization disorders; articulation; voice; dysfluency; augmentation and alternative communication systems development and implementation; aphasia; and attention training.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 10, 2019.
