[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide temporary staff administrative and logistical support services to the government authority located in Hawaii.
- Data collection and entry,
- Establish a monitoring system to track timely collection of forms from completed vaccination clinics,
- Prepare, collect, organize and scan forms gathered from clinics,
- Review data from consent forms and vaccine administration records and extract pertinent information,
- Enter data from forms into databases and spreadsheets,
- Summarize data and compute averages, percentages, ranges, and other statistical measures,
- Set up and maintain electronic and paper files and records of forms, reports, and logs,
- Coordinate printing and distribution of forms,
- Review information to ensure conformance with established policies and procedures. notify supervisor of any discrepancies,
- Review invoices and billing statements, as needed, from service providers before sending to supervisor and account clerk for reconciliation and pay-out,
- Organize pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical supplies for clinics,
- Pack, unpack, and store pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical supplies,
- Establish a monitoring system to track timely return of supplies from clinics.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
