Vendor needs to provide staff augmentation support services for web analyst to support the Web Hosting needs to the government authority located in Richland, WA.
- position is responsible for supporting infrastructure to ensure enterprise level performance, availability and security of these systems
- candidate will be working with the application support team and the operations staff to effectively manage web infrastructure and content on a 24/7 schedule
- Manage the day-to-day technical operations and product management, system performance monitoring, configuration, maintenance and repair
- Manage integration with other systems, capacity planning, system-wide operation control,
task automation and providing recommendations on innovative and/or cost-effective
options for delivering and/or improving enterprise web hosting services
- Develop new system implementation plans, custom scripts and testing procedures to ensure
operational reliability, high availability and system security of enterprise web services
- Develops procedures and documentation for backup and restoration of host operating
systems and host-based applications and capabilities.
- Develops tools, procedures, and training sessions for operations and other customer support organizations
- Identifies methods, solutions, and provides project leadership and management in order to provide a high level of service to customers
- Ensure system security across enterprise web application services, including contribution to security best practices.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
