[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide professional search firm services for athletics staffing services on an as-needed basis to the government authority located in Beaumont, TX.
- Develop and evaluate a pool of candidates for consideration in filling the position required,
- Review with University all candidates, including each candidate’s background and qualifications, and assist each in identifying those candidates to be interviewed,
- Responsible for coordinating both off and on-campus interviews with the selected candidates,
- Assist the Selection Committee in developing a short list of semi-finalist candidates, as appropriate. The Respondent shall work closely with the Committee and other appropriate University officials to evaluate the short-listed candidates prior to extending invitations for the off-campus interviews.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 31, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
