Government Authority located in Lanham, Maryland; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for temporary financial staffing services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide temporary staff, who will not be employees of agency, but who will supplement existing DHCD resources in support of accounting and loan support functions (“Temporary Staff”) such as; 1) Accountant, 2) Loan Processor, 3) Loan Insurance Underwriter - Multi Family, 4) Loan Insurance Underwriter – Single Family, and 5) Fiscal Accounting Technicians to the government authority located in Lanham, MD.
- Loan Processor is the full performance level of work processing and closing loans, and monitoring grants for single family home mortgages and insurance and multi-family housing projects.
- Loan/Insurance Underwriter I, Single Family is the intermediate level of work evaluating the risk involved in granting loans or insurance for single family home mortgages.
- Fiscal Accounts Technician is the full performance level of work reconciling agency accounting systems to fiscal control systems or developing automated spreadsheets, ledgers, and reports or identifying budget trends and recommending budget realignments.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on July 30, 2019.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than August 12, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
