[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide temporary staffing services for the position of temporary accountant to provide a highly advanced General Ledger/Financial Reporting Temporary Accountant to assist the General Accounting Section of the Finance Division to the government authority located in Austin, TX.
• The Temporary Accountant responsibilities shall include but not necessarily be limited to:
• Prepare and review advanced general ledger accounting entries in both internal and external accounting systems which involve budgets, encumbrances, real and nominal accounts and accruals.
• Prepare financial statements, schedules, exhibits, and note disclosures for both internal and external annual financial reports in accordance with Generally Acceptable Accounting Standard as promulgated by the Government Accounting Standards Board.
• Prepare and review complex financial work papers involving the use of advance Microsoft Excel functions and pivot tables.
• Classify, code, prepare, and balance financial accounting documents and records.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 25, 2019.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
