Vendor needs to provide for the position of the personnel consultant services include Continuation of a department by department review of the organizational functions in accordance with new procedures, assistance to personnel in carrying out their daily functions as they relate to personnel matters, ensure that established personnel procedures of the city and state are being adhered to by city supervisors and employees, monthly billing statements that include a brief statement showing the original amount of the contract, any increases established by amendment to the contract, the amount previously billed under the contract, and the total amount of unbilled funds remaining available under the contract, and the total amount of unbilled funds remaining available under the contract after deduction of the most recent amount billed to the government authority located in Union City, NJ.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
