[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide substitute teacher staffing services providers for substitute staff, teachers, para- professionals and administrators, to partner with an agency or agencies
who understand the value of substitute staff and who will recruit, screen, hire and train (according to our standards) quality substitute staff to help us to meet the 15% or more of our staffing needs and to staff all substitute requests at an 85% or better fill rate to the government authority located in Houston, TX.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 20, 2019.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
