[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide temporary staffing services for expeditiously source, screen, and provide top-quality candidates to fill College staffing needs on an as needed basis and employment screening, including drug screening, evaluation, advertising, recruitment and disciplinary actions involving any temporary employee under this contract, to ensure the best-qualified candidates are selected to the government authority located in Rockville, MD.
- Administrative Support: Varying levels of administrative experience, administrative and clerical support to department, including but not limited to filing, answering phones, use of Microsoft Office applications, creating and formatting documents and correspondence, interaction with internal and external customers.
- Accounting: support to accounting department, including but not limited to reviewing and reconciling accounts, adjusting, corrections and journal entries, compiling data, maintaining, analyzing and reporting financial information. Qualifications will be dependent on specific position requirements.
- Human Resources: Generalist or specialist professional human resources experience in areas such as benefits, compensation, HRIS, recruitment.
- Financial Records Support: Process financial transactions including verifying and entering data into computerized system, resolve discrepancies and correcting errors.
- Enrollment Services Assistant: Assist students at front desk of Admission and Registration Office and Answer phones and respond to routine inquiries.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 20, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
