[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide shared staffing services to the government authority located in Washington, DC.
- Five contractors support staff to routinely provide customer service assistance via phone and in person to permit applicants, assist with scheduling and maintaining final inspection requests, support permit center operations related to special event programs and participate in front desk reception (back up) rotation. The contractor’s support staff shall also assist in the digitization and maintenance of all records received through an approved public space committee hearing decision as well as all financial and legal documents associated with the issuance of a public space permit.
- Two contractor support staff to provide program support assistance primarily to handle telephone calls routed from the citywide mayor’s 311 call center, and eight direct telephone lines via the district’s automated call distribution system. In addition to inbound call and email correspondence handling; the contractor’s support staff shall execute database research and updates, service request creation, follow-up calling, and other minimal office administrative tasks as assigned by the contract administrator.
- One contactor support staff to provide information technology technical assistance for all computers, related equipment and software used to support the functions and staff of the permit office and call center to include minor help desk maintenance of all eight ward-based metropolitan police department station permit kiosks.
