[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide senior financial management specialist personal services for incumbent plays a critical role in managing and maintaining, as well as developing and deploying, the Agency’s corporate financial management system within headquarters and field missions, including integration with and other Agency systems, as well as managing and developing financial reports and data and a multi-million-dollar IT investment and operating budget, prevent international crises by generating dynamic opportunities for expanded trade and by providing protection from specific global health and environmental threats to the government authority located in Washington, DC.
- Develops and implements agency-wide IT project management procedures, tools, templates,
activities, and infrastructure for the financial system.
- Develops and implements project management procedures, tools, templates, activities, and
Infrastructure.
- Integrates configuration management, IT architecture, infrastructure design, and systems integration aspects into IT project plans.
- Prepares and contributes to reports and other presentations on program planning and evaluation.
- Works to eliminate inefficient and redundant processes and optimizes the use of organizational
assets.
- Accounting systems analysis and advice.
- Develops policy and guidelines for the development of data structures and access strategies that
conform to business and mission requirements.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 20, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
