[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide mental health focused intervention services to youth who participate in the rebuilding expectations and walking into new directions program to the government authority located in Longmont, CO.
- Principal Duties: Works with youth ages 10-17 years of age in the REWiND Program and provides support to Children, Youth and families and Municipal Probation staff. Provides evidence-based intervention services that focus on trauma, grief, stress and attachment disorder specific work.
- Works effectively and in a collaborative spirit with REWiND staff and collaborators to provide exemplary customer service to the public.
- Working Environment: This position requires contact and interaction with the community, children, youth and families. Work is primarily performed in a standard office environment, with travel to schools, and various community locations, including community-based programming.
- Requires the ability to hear and communicate in both verbal and written form, read and understand a variety of written materials, and stress associated with coordinating multiple concurrent tasks and interruptions.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 15, 2020
