[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide temporary staffing services to assist various departments on an as- needed basis to the government authority located in St. Louis, MO.
- The respondent will provide candidates for temporary placement in specialty areas that will include, but are not limited to, administrative and office support, customer service, accounting or finance and professional, as described in further detail below
- Recruiting experienced and qualified individuals for Assignments
- Interviewing and selecting individuals for Assignments
- Conducting skills assessments via applicant testing, interviews, etc.
- Conducting reference checks and background checks including: credit checks, motor vehicle reports, criminal background checks, education verification, employment verification, personal references and drug testing
- Respondent will provide employee benefits to candidates placed with the district in accordance with its policies and procedures and will be responsible for all payroll related activities associated with the candidate
(2) All question must be submitted no later than December 18, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
