[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide eight qualified vendors, one per each defined child abuse and child neglect prevention region in the state, to serve as that respective region’s regional prevention coordinator to the government authority located in Columbus, OH.
- The Regional Prevention Coordinator, serving as the council liaison, is responsible for planning and facilitating the Regional Prevention Council meetings.
- The Regional Prevention Coordinator, serving as the council liaison, is responsible for planning and facilitating the Regional Prevention Council’s workgroup meetings which will include at a minimum the prevention plan workgroup.
- The Regional Prevention Coordinator is responsible for selecting the Chairperson of the Regional Prevention Council who will serve as a non-voting member.
- The Regional Prevention Coordinator will work with county prevention specialists in the region to develop and write the regional prevention plan based on the agency Board guidelines.
- The grantee must develop a logic model and theory of change to accompany the Regional Child Abuse and Child Neglect Prevention Plan that is in alignment with the agency statewide logic model.
- The grantee must engage parents and integrate parent participation and leadership throughout the work of the regional prevention council as it relates to child abuse and child neglect prevention.
- The Regional Prevention Coordinator is responsible for submitting all reports on behalf of the council as outlined in this proposal.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 21, 2020
