[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide nursing services for the white earth health service unit of (2) trained Clinical Nurses (RN) and (2) Practical Nurses (LPN) to the government authority located in Ogema, MN.
- Safety Hazards: Services under this contract shall occur in a healthcare facility therefore, the Contractor can be expected to come in contact with potentially infectious materials, infectious individuals, handling chemicals, among other hazards. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing their personnel with adequate training for all potential hazards that their personnel may encounter while performing services in a healthcare setting to ensure safety.
- Personal Protective Equipment: The Contractor staff shall utilize PPE as appropriate in a healthcare setting and as required by agency policy and other regulating bodies. The Contractor shall ensure that assigned staff have been trained on proper use of PPE to ensure staff know when it is necessary; what kind is necessary; how to properly put it on, adjust, and take it off; limitations of equipment; proper care, maintenance, useful life, and disposal of equipment
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be ONsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
