[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide temporary medical staffing services for three medical assistants will be utilize to augment existing staffing for the purpose of swabbing for co-vid test and providing result to patients to the government authority located in New Orleans, LA.
- One nurse practitioner or physician assistant will be utilized to augment existing staffing for the purpose of swabbing for co-vid test providing results to patient and supervising the medical assistant
- Obtain patient histories and reasons for seeking care perform physical assessments
- Clean and sterilize supplies exam rooms, and equipment as indicated
- Assist scheduling department with scheduling patient appointment with the appropriate physician
- Always provide continuity of care
- Must treat co-worker and patients with the utmost respect
(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 30, 2020.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
