[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide healthcare talent acquisition specialist service to the government authority located in Washington, DC.
- Paid and non-paid experience, job title, location(s), dates held (month/year), and hours worked per week for each position
- Education and any other qualifications including job-related training courses, job- related skills, or job-related honors, awards or accomplishments
- manages the hiring and on-boarding of medical professionals, makes post assignments, provides ongoing continuing education and a path for professional development in support of the Department of State's worldwide medical program so the diplomatic community has access to adequate medical care and health service support while posted abroad.
- Manage logistics of registration, payment, contracts, and booth set up for approximately 12 medical conferences and or recruitment events per year.
- Manage volunteer recruiters; arrange for their travel and train them to recruit for all medical specialties, to include use of Yello to gather details about prospects
- Conduct candidate sourcing, manage social media accounts and weekly postings (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram).
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
