[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide psychiatric services to the government authority located in Rochester, NY.
- to provide psychiatric assessments, psychopharmacological treatment and management, staff consultation and training, short-term counseling, clinic schedule coordination, and mental health consultation services to support the Residents,
- Psychiatric services for 10-15 hours per week, 52 weeks a year, will be provided by a licensed Psychiatrist,
- On-site services:
- Conduct interviews with individual youth to determine, as may be appropriate: diagnostic impression, psychopharmacological treatment and management plans.
- Provide staff consultations regarding resident youth.
- Provide consultation with parents regarding medication for resident youth.
- Provide consultation with emergency care providers.
- Provide general oversight to staff in collaboration with facility Medical Staff.
- Complete all required records including discharge letters.
- Provide agreed upon staff in-service training as appropriate and necessary.
- Assist with the development and review of relevant facility policy,
- Off-site services:
- Provide telephone consultation with facility staff.
- Provide consultation with emergency care providers as needed.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 8, 2020.

Onshore (USA organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
