[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide temporary staffing services of respiratory care practitioner to the government authority located in San Antonio, TX.
- Respiratory Therapy principles and techniques, must be able to communicate effectively, and be familiar with operating and maintaining respiratory equipment. If not approved, there will be a negative impact on the quality of patient care, which would also include a lack of monitoring patients with acute conditions that may require hospitalization. Primary job functions for a Respiratory Care Practitioner include providing breathing treatments using various aerosol devices, administering oxygen for hypoxic patients, providing instruction on abdominal breathing exercises and breathing techniques, providing technical assistance in tracheostomy care, and conducting pulmonary function tests. The Respiratory Care Practitioner must also monitor patients’ responses to therapy by reviewing vital signs, differentiating breath sounds, and evaluating patients’ progress. The Respiratory Care Practitioner must consult with physicians and other medical staff regarding patients’ condition and must assist in performing emergency resuscitation, including artificial ventilation and external cardiac compression.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
