(1) Vendor needs to provide clinical research management staffing services to provide clinical investigators with coordination and study data management support as well as support for protocol development, regulatory affairs management, compliance responsibilities, quality assurance, and monitoring functions, screening for potential research participants, support of patient recruitment and treatment, coordination with pharmacy and other clinical services, record keeping, adverse event reporting, information dissemination, and liaison with federal and industry sponsors and regulatory bodies to the government authority located in Virginia.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 12, 2020.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
