[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide employee readiness services to the government authority located in Fresno, CA.
- Assess individual strengths, skills and interests
- Review of employment and entrepreneurship opportunities leading to a gainful, living wage
- Identification of individual needs and development of case plans,
- Case management
- Behavior modification techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy, to assist offenders
with changing their thought processes and improving their decision-making skills
- Provide a program to improve job-seeking skills, acquire new marketable job skills, and improve the chances of successful employment outcomes
- Assist those who do not possess proficiency in basic 9th grade English and 9th grade math with obtaining remedial education
- Identify employers willing to hire ex-offenders and encourage recruitment of the realigned population
(2) A bidder’s conference will be held on October 27, 2020.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than October 29, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
