[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide temporary nurse staffing services to support the Vaccine Support Team to the government authority located in Denver, CO.
- The VST is an upon-request vaccination resource and can respond to specific Colorado community needs in the short term, especially when there is a shortage of vaccinators in a given geographical area,
- especially when there is a shortage of vaccinators in a given geographical area. These teams can assist community partners and local public health agencies (LPHAs) with vaccinating large numbers of people on a given day. Clinic sites may include long term care facilities, jails, prisons, health fairs, homeless events, LPHAs, and other community venues. Increasing influenza vaccination coverage is essential to prevent the combined impact of influenza and COVID-19 from overwhelming the healthcare system during the 2020-2021 influenza season by increasing influenza vaccination coverage,
- Additionally, vaccination clinics will be essential in controlling the spread of COVID-19 once vaccine becomes available,
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 19, 2020.
