[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide temporary staffing services to the government authority located in Dallas, TX.
- Temporary personnel will be screened by the Contractor and only the temporary personnel that meet the criteria of the position will be assigned,
- The Contractor shall recruit, screen, conduct criminal conviction background investigations, drug screening tests, and train and test all candidates prior to placing a temporary employee on a assignment,
- request a certain temporary by name that may or may not be registered with the Contractor,
- The contractor shall ensure that the temporary employees arrive at the job location on time. Contractor shall also ensure that all temporary employees assigned are present during the entire assigned work period. If for any reason the assigned temporary cannot be present during the entire assignment, they must contact the Contractor. The Contractor must then provide another temporary employee during the interim, ensuring that there is no lapse in coverage,
- The Contractor shall ensure that all office temporary personnel are dressed in a professional manner,
- OFFICE SUPPORT GROUP: POSITION: Receptionist, Administrative Assistant I, Administrative Assistant III, Administrative Assistant IV, Administrative Assistant V, Paralegal, Phone Center Operator, Leasing Professional II, Leasing Professional I, Assistant Property Manager, Property Manager,
- FINANCE SUPPORT GROUP: Accounting Clerk, Accountant I – Accounts Receivable, Accountant II – Accounts Payable,
- LIGHT INDUSTRIAL/LABOR - GENERAL MAINTENANCE GROUP: Make Ready Personnel, Janitor, Maintenance Technician I, Maintenance Technician II, Maintenance Technician, Lead.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 20, 2020.

Performance of the work will be Onsite.
