[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency adjudication staff augmentation service for able to provide immediate assistance adjudicating a large backlog of pending issues impacting individual entitlement and eligibility for Unemployment Insurance benefits and equipped to securely interact with claimants to the government authority located in Baltimore, MD.
- vast majority of the pending issues also determine how the payment of benefits to an individual either affects contributory employer premium rates or what is the proper non-contributory employer billing.
- assistance in identifying and resolving systemic, data, and process anomalies that exacerbate the backlog of pending issues and in increasing the timeliness and effectiveness of applying issue resolution processes to identify and resolve fraud and improve the efficiency
- Obtain and record earnings and employment information
- Conduct bulk processing claims
- Conduct separation, and non-separation fact finding interviews and document information
- Conduct advanced data analysis and reporting regarding employer liability, classification, and compliance
- Conduct advanced data analysis and supporting litigation and prosecution.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on October 14, 2020.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than October 15, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
