Government Authority located in Colorado; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for IT temporary staffing services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide non-exclusive temporary staffing services for a variety of information technology job description to the government authority located in Colorado.
(2) Statement of Services:
• Providing comprehensive personnel management services necessary to provide temporary staffing services to University. Such services include, but are not limited to: application administration, Developers, IT project management, IT business analysis, Network Engineering configuration, System administration and Database administration.
• Ensuring continuity in providing services.
• Recruiting and selecting sufficient personnel in each of the job categories to maintain a pool of qualified workers that will be continuously available to University.
• Provide resumes and references to appropriate hiring authority and assist with setting up interviews (including phone screens, virtual interviews and in-person/on-site interviews).
• Hiring, firing, and disciplining of all personnel.
• Proficiency testing, background and reference verification to ensure the temporary staff employees are qualified for specified job categories.
• Providing criminal, motor vehicle, and/or credit history checks as requested by University
• Providing copies of background checks as requested by University.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than October 15, 2020.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onfsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
