Government Authority located in British Columbia; Canada based organization looking for expert vendor for comprehensive employee and family assistance program services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide searching for a comprehensive employee and family assistance program services for its approximately 1800 teachers and support staff to the government authority located in British Columbia.
- The purpose of the Employee and Family assistance service is to provide services to eligible employees. (Eligible employees are probationary, temporary and permanent employees. Casual employees are not eligible.) This service will be a comprehensive confidential counselling service that supports the health and wellbeing of our employees and thereby increases organizational effectiveness.
- The purpose of the EFAP program is to provide clients with prompt and convenient access to interim support, confidential counselling, referral to community-based services or other specialized service support for longer term assistance
- The service must be located in convenient locations with hours of service broad enough to meet the needs of the client. Other modes of delivery other than face to face should also be provided.

- Personal Concerns
- Relationship Issues
- Marriage Problems
- Separation and Divorce Concerns
- Family Difficulties
- Adolescent Problems
- Elder care Concerns
- Children’s Issues
- Abuse Issues
- Work Stress Concerns
- Career Counseling
- Grief and Loss Issues
- Addiction Concerns
- Nutrition Problems
- Health Coaching
- Legal and Financial Concerns
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (Canada Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be ONsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
