Vendor needs to provide labor and equipment for emergency services to the government authority located in Westport, CT.
- Services may be required at any time on any day and may require long hours. The Town reserves the right to direct the contractor as to hours and days they may be required to work depending on services needed.
- Providing labor, equipment and material as needed and for an undetermined length of time depending on the emergency requirements, i.e.: Hurricane, Nor-Easter, Blizzard, etc.
- Obtaining and paying for any and all permits and licenses required under Town, State and Federal laws.
- Keeping proper and sufficient records necessary for reporting to any and all Federal, State, and/or Local agencies as may be required.
