Government Authority located in Maryland; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for laboratory medical director and clinical consultant services.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide laboratory medical director and clinical consultant services to acquire the services of a Licensed Medical Doctor who specializes and practices in the field of Pathology to the government authority located in Maryland.
1. The Contractor shall fill the requirements set forth by CLIA and Joint Commission regulations for Moderate Complexity Testing. The Contractor shall fill the required position of Laboratory Director (LD) and Clinical Consultant (CC). The Contractor shall meet the qualifications of these positions as defined in the CLIA Required Personnel Qualifications.
2. The Contractor will review and sign as approving the following manuals:
a. Quality Improvement
b. Lab guidelines
c. Lab general policies and procedures
d. Point of Care
e. Fire Safety
f. Laboratory test procedures
g. Quality control procedures
h. Schuyler user manual
3. The Contractor shall schedule with the Contract Monitor, monthly on-site visits. During the monthly on-site visits, the Contractor shall be available to meet with accreditation inspectors and will review, make any recommendations and sign as approving.
4. The Contractor shall be accessible to DHHC's laboratory to provide 24 hour a day, 7 days a week on-call coverage for consultations. The Contractor shall arrive at DHHC within one (1) hour of the call.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
