[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide licensed vocational nurse and certified nursing assistant, to monitor minor students for basic health indicators related to COVID along with students who may be placed in isolation or quarantine for the COVID-1C9 virus, agency will contract the healthcare professionals on an as needed basis and will require these individuals to have passed a federal background check conducted by the school to the government authority located in California.
(2) This bid is set aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
